# Can I use my existing TrooTrax credentials to log in to the SKYTRAC Mobile App?

In most cases, yes. It does depend on which TrooTrax environment your organisation is using for the desktop and web platform.

| TrooTrax Apps6 | Yes. You should be able to use your existing TrooTrax username and password to log in to the SKYTRAC Mobile App. |
| --- | --- |
| TrooTrax Apps4 and Apps5 | No. Your existing TrooTrax credentials cannot be used. |

### How to check which environment you are on

You can check your TrooTrax web URL to confirm which environment your organisation is using.

If your organisation is using TrooTrax Apps4 or Apps5, please contact SKYTRAC Support for assistance with Mobile App access.
