You can update your password, email address and security question yourself in Asset Manager. Each one is a separate section of the same page and saves on its own, so changing one does not affect the others. 1. Log in to [Asset Manager](https://prod2-skyconnect.skytrac.ca/AssetManager/LoginForm.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fAssetManager%2fFunctionChoices.aspx), hover over **Account Info** in the navigation bar, and select **Change Password or Email**. 2. Make the change you need: - **Password.** Enter your current password, then enter your new password twice and select **Change Password**. Passwords can be up to 10 characters. - **Email address.** Your current address is shown in this section. Enter the new address and select **Save New Email**. - **Security question.** Enter a new question and answer, then select **Save New Password Q and A**. **If you have not set a security question**, Asset Manager will show this page every time you log in until you add one. If you cannot log in Your account is locked after more than five incorrect password attempts. Contact us with your username and we will unlock the account and send you a temporary password. Once you are logged in, change the temporary password using the steps above.
