# How do I get access to the SKYTRAC Mobile App and where do I download it?

The SKYTRAC Mobile App is available to operators using SkyWeb, WebSentinel or TrooTrax. Access is granted at the organisation level first, and each user then downloads the app to their own device.

There is no additional charge for SKYTRAC Mobile access.

### 1. Request access for your organisation

If your organisation does not currently have access to the SKYTRAC Mobile App, you can submit a request at [www.skytrac.ca/skytrac-mobile](https://www.skytrac.ca/skytrac-mobile).

### 2. Download the app

The SKYTRAC Mobile App is available for both iOS and Android devices.
