# Who do I contact about a DZMx, SKYTRAC or Flightcell?

The DZMx is manufactured by Flightcell International, who do not provide a tracking service. SKYTRAC is your tracking service provider, and our tracking platforms, TrooTrax & SkyWeb, supports DZMx flight events and position tracking, voice and PTT.

### Contact SKYTRAC

Please contact us at support@skytrac.ca or on +1 250 765 2393 for anything relating to your tracking service, including:

- Setting up tracking services on a new or existing unit
- The tracking destination and its configuration
- Whether your position reports are reaching the platform
- Your SKYTRAC account and airtime

### Contact Flightcell

Please contact Flightcell support at tech@flightcell.com for anything relating to the equipment itself, including:

- Hardware faults
- Installation, including engine inputs and wiring
- Firmware
- Warranty and returns

If you are not sure which applies, please contact us first. We will establish which side the issue sits on and, where it belongs with the manufacturer, stay with your case through the handover.
