How do I check when my Sky Connect tracker last reported?

Click here to access Asset Manager, then:

  1. Hover over History and select Last Reported Info.
  2. Select the unit by IMEI, registration or serial number.

The page shows the most recent message from that unit. The fields to look at are:

  • Last Message Time – when the message was received
  • Last Message Type – for example Position Report, Departed, Arrived or Power Down
  • isMsgOverdue – ticked when the unit has not reported within its configured interval, usually because it is powered off or temporarily outside satellite coverage

The page refreshes every 30 seconds and all times are shown in UTC.
