How do I get support for the RockAIR?

Detailed RockAIR answers are being added to this section. Until they are here, the fastest route to an answer is SKYTRAC Customer Support.

Email support@skytrac.ca and include:

  • the unit part number and serial number
  • the aircraft registration and type
  • what you are seeing, and when it started

If the aircraft is on the ground, call the AOG line on +1 (844) 643-6033. It is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For anything less urgent, technical support is on +1 (250) 765-2393.
