How do I produce a flight time report for an aircraft or my fleet?

WebSentinel produces printable flight time reports listing each flight, the total number of flights, total time out of the gate, total time in the air and total distance travelled. You can run one for a single aircraft or for your whole fleet.

Report on one aircraft

  1. Select the aircraft, either on the map or in the Aircraft List.
  2. In the Aircraft Details panel, select the download report icon.
  3. Enter the start and end dates.
  4. Select PDF to download the report, or View to open it in a new browser tab.

Report on your whole fleet

  1. Select the History Mode tab above the map.
  2. Enter the dates you want to report on.
  3. Select Prepare Report. You can still adjust the dates in the dialog that opens.
  4. Select PDF to download the report, or View to open it in a new browser tab.

A fleet report opens with a summary table for the whole fleet, followed by an individual table for each aircraft.

Flight time reports are built from the takeoff and landing events reported by each aircraft. If a report is empty or the times look wrong, the takeoff and landing events for that aircraft may not be configured.
