How do I send my Sky Connect unit for repair?

 MASCO Service is the licensed repair facility for Sky Connect products. 

Please email travisboyer@mascoservice.com with aftermarket@skytrac.ca copied in with the following information:

• Company name
• Unit part number and serial number
• A description of the fault
