What do the switches on the SOP-11 dialer do?

• Emergency: sends an emergency event. The light stays on until you switch it off, which sends an "emergency cleared" event.
• Code: sends a code event, often used for medical status such as Code Blue. Switching it off clears the event.
• Position: sends one position report right away. The Tracker light flickers while it sends.

Your installer can rename or configure these switches, so check with them if yours behave differently
