What is the SKYTRAC Mobile app and what can I do with it?
SKYTRAC Mobile is a flight following application for iOS and Android that puts your fleet on a real-time map on your phone or tablet.
It allows dispatchers, flight followers and operations staff to monitor their fleet directly from a mobile device, without needing to open the web platform. The app is designed to provide convenient access to key fleet and weather information while away from the desktop platform.

What you can do
Track your fleet
- View aircraft on a real-time map
- Select an aircraft to view details such as its flight path, last reported position, altitude and speed
- Follow an aircraft on the map as it moves
- View aircraft grouped by status, including Emergency, Pinned, Flying and Powered On
- Search, filter, sort and pin aircraft for easier monitoring
Check the weather
- View weather information, including METARs and TAFs with colour-coded flight categories
- Access weather radar for supported regions, including North America, Europe, Canada and Australia
- View forecast precipitation and Canadian GFA charts
Set up the map the way you want it
Map settings can be customised, and include aircraft labels, icon size, clustering and flight path length.
Settings are device-specific rather than account-specific, meaning preferences are saved on each individual mobile device.
