Why can I see an aircraft in SkyWeb or WebSentinel, but not in the SKYTRAC Mobile App?
If you can see an aircraft in SkyWeb or WebSentinel but it does not appear in the SKYTRAC Mobile App, the aircraft may not yet be configured on the Mobile App platform.
The SKYTRAC Mobile App uses a separate backend system from SkyWeb and WebSentinel. Newly added aircraft will not appear in the app automatically and may require manual registration by the SKYTRAC team.
What to send us
Email our support team with the following details and we will arrange for the aircraft to be registered:
- The platform you are using, such as SkyWeb or WebSentinel
- Aircraft call sign
- Unit name
- Unit serial number or IMEI
The aircraft appears, but the details are wrong
If the aircraft does appear in the app but the call sign, aircraft information or position is incorrect, while SkyWeb or WebSentinel displays the correct information, please send us the same details listed above and include what is showing incorrectly.
Viewing an aircraft's past flight data
The SKYTRAC Mobile App does not currently support searching historical positional data. Depending on your flight path settings, you can view an aircraft's recent flight path for up to the previous 48 hours.
