What happens when I press the distress/emergency button on my RockAIR?

Pressing the red distress button places the RockAIR in alert mode. The indicator beneath the button flashes continuously for as long as the unit remains in alert mode.

Where the alert is displayed

If your RockAIR is tracked in TrooTrax, the emergency is displayed in TrooTrax. Should an emergency be declared and not appear, please contact our support team.

Arranging email notification

Email notification is available on request. Please provide our support team with the addresses that are to receive the alerts and we will configure this for your account. Please also notify us whenever a recipient is to be added or removed, for example when a member of staff changes role or leaves the organisation.

Cancelling an alert

Press and hold the distress button for four seconds, or switch the unit off. If the alert was raised as a test, please ensure it is cancelled afterwards.
