Why does my RockAIR always show as in flight (blue) in SkyWeb?

In SkyWeb, blue means the aircraft is in flight. A RockAIR normally stays blue at all times, and this is expected.

Why this happens

SkyWeb supports basic position tracking for the RockAIR and does not support flight events for this device. Without flight events, SkyWeb cannot tell when the aircraft is on the ground, so the icon stays blue. Your position reporting is not affected.

If you need flight events

We recommend TrooTrax, which supports full flight events for RockAIR. Please contact our support team to discuss this for your account.
